VaanarStack is a senior performance marketing and AI automation studio led by Yash Kumar. We partner with brands as their fractional growth team, build AI automations that replace the manual middle of marketing teams, and teach senior marketers how to do the same.

VaanarStack started because the senior marketing job is changing faster than the tools, frameworks, and playbooks are. AI is rewriting what high-leverage marketing work looks like — and most teams are either ignoring it or chasing every shiny tool that ships.
We're a small senior practice, not an agency. Yash leads engagements personally; partnerships with specialist creators and engineers get pulled in for execution. We work with brands that take performance seriously and want their senior marketers to operate more like systems builders than reporters.
The work spans three modes: as a growth partner (audits, sprints, retainers across paid + SEO), as an AI automation builder (custom Claude Code skills, MCP integrations, reporting automation), and as a teacher (cohort programs and live workshops for senior marketers learning to build).
