Cancellation and Refund Policy

VaanarStack ("we", "us") is operated by Yash Kumar. This policy applies to payments made on vaanarstack.com.
1. Live webinars
Webinar payments are non-refundable. Sessions are short-format, capacity-limited, and you receive the recording regardless of attendance. If we cancel or reschedule a webinar, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.
2. Cohort programs (Claude Code for Marketers and similar)
Cohort enrolment is a two-part payment: a non-refundable seat token at booking, and the course balance charged before Class 1.
Seat token: non-refundable. Holds your seat against the capped cohort size.
Course balance:
- Cancelled more than 5 days before Class 1: 50% refund of the balance paid.
- Cancelled within 5 days of Class 1, or any time after the program has begun: no refund.
If we cancel or reschedule the cohort, the full amount paid (token + balance) is refunded.
3. Audits, Sprints, Growth Partner retainers, and custom engagements
Refund and cancellation terms for these engagements are agreed in writing in the scoping document or engagement note shared at kickoff, on a per-engagement basis.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Razorpay typically takes a further 5–7 days to reflect in the customer's bank, depending on the issuing bank.

For refund requests or charge disputes, write to yash.kumar@vaanarstack.com with your payment reference within 30 days of the charge. We respond within 2 working days.
